Hello, You should first do a urine pregnancy test at home to confirm pregnancy. If it is negative then visit a gynaecologist to rule out other causes behind bleeding. You might have delayed periods. If the result is positive, you are pregnant then visit a gynaecologist and seek proper medical treatment.

Do a urine pregnancy test to confirm. Also please have your fever evaluated. Most likely you are not pregnant but better to rule it out. Do an ultrasound pelvis too

Dont worry, get an urine pregnancy test anyways. If it's positive then consult your gynaecological, if it's negative then it must be a delayed period and will need further evaluation. But there's nothing to worry about it.
