  4. Sprain in neck. Pillow. please suggest!

Sprain in neck
I have developed pain in my neck from 10 days, and when I am moving neck right left, or up and down I am getting pain, even while sleeping also I am having pain without pillow. Please suggest

It might be a myalgia.You can apply diclofenac gel for pain relief and can take muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside(Myoril 4mg) at night.
