I sprained my wrist a month ago. After a few days I went to the doctor and they took an x-ray and said there weren’t any abnormalities and the pain should go away within the week. I wore a splint and the pain did go away later that week. Everything felt fine. But two weeks later, after cracking my wrist to relieve tension, it feels like it was sprained all over again. It’s swollen and it hurts. Should I go back to the doctor or wait it out a couple more weeks?
