SPUTUM FROM MOUTH
Hello Doctor, Whenever I eat something or drink something other than water , I usually get sputum from mouth . I have been facing this issue from long back , when I diagnosed, they said it's normal . But I don't think so it's normal, and in a month or so, I get sore Throat . I used to do Jalanethi and sutra nethi , and it was fine for few days , but it started again . Can you please suggest me some diet or medicines to get rid of this . Thanks in advance doctor
