How effective are pencil push-ups and dot card exercise for correcting exotropia ( angle 15°). How many times a day should these exercise be done? What are other convergence exercises? Doctor said that surgery for squint is often not successful that's why they advised me to exercise regularly as my squint is not congenital. It us intermittent also, whenever I focus on a object for half an hour squint appears, but after relaxing a bit, my eyes becomes normal . What type of squint is this? My vision is 6/6 both eyes. Is there any exercise for correcting abnormal head posture also? Kindly explain in detail. Thanks.
