My doctor always blames me for srus. He says I use manual evacuation to remove the stools and that is why they've formed. But I do not that? Is that the only way srus occurs.

Hi
No it's not only way. You must be having evacuation issue of stool passing which most common. You need further evaluation and anorectal manometry and biofeedback therapy.
