Stabbing like pain in left shoulder
So my friend's left shoulder is paining since 2 weeks and the pain is radiating till left wrist. In shoulder it's like stabbing pain. Orthopaedic Dr asked for X-ray & nothing abnormal was there. Dr then diagnosed my friend with hyper mobility syndrome as his tip of thumb can touch wrist. And told him to do physiotherapy. And my friend was 110kg 3years back and now he is 81kg. So I wanted to know The left shoulder pain could it be because of any underlying cardiac disease?

Doesn't seem like cardiac, all pains in nature of  starting letter capital P - PRICKING, POKING (stabbing), POINTING, POSITIONAL pain are less likely angina related pain. Shoulder pain radiation to wrist stabbing like and non exertional more likely a neurological
