Last night at around 2:30 am I had a severe pain attack on the left side of my chest, it was in frequency of high to low and then to high, it was stabbing like pain and discomfort. I had pantop D then too there was no relief. I slept around 4 but when I woke up at the morning this left side is heavy and pain strikes at time gaps. What should I do?

Hello,
Your description of pain does not seem to be cardiac. Get your ECG done and if normal start tab myospaz forte twice a day for 3 days with tab pan 40 in morning.
