Eat well balanced food with plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts. Drink enough water,buttermilk. Include ghee an omega three fatty acid and has low glycemic index.Eatalmonds,walnuts,figs,raisins 10/ day Avoid fastfoods,preserved foods,bakeryfoods,oily spicy foods. Walk,exercise,yoga,sports everyday for two hrs.for fitness . These will improve stamina.

1 Wake up early morning before 6 am 2 Take one glass luke warm water empty stomach 3 add fresh seasonal fruits 4 to 5 types approx 500gm in breakfast 4 add seasonal salad 4 to 5 types approx 250 grams innkunvh 5 take light dinner before 8 pm 6 pranayam and meditation fir 15 to 30 min daily in morning hours
