My son who is now 31/2 yrs old is having having stammering problem for last 6 months. Earlier it was mild but day by day it is increasing. He now stammers in almost each sentence. Do you suggest speech therapy will be of help at this age...as I think he is too young to follow all the commands.

Actually you need to consult with good speech pathologist and rule out the root cause.
Need to settle down at this age only.otherwise it may be permanent and in future speech therapy may not be very useful.
