START CYCLING AFTER HOW LONG ?
I under went an operation to stitch my Acheles Tendon, After 2 weeks my Cast will come off. My Question Is:- After how long when my Cast comes off, Can I actually Start to go Cycling, As Want to improve my Legs Muscles & get my strength Back. Or is it just Advisable to start with slow walks for a Few weeks, Then start Cycling ( PLEASE ADVISE )

Considering your age and healing process the time to start with activities will vary However you can do toe movements and knee movements without moving your ankle It would be done unden under supervision of a physio

Take physiotherapy and gradually movement of ankle after 4 week in comfortable situation start walk then cycling.

Ideally till 6 weeks post injury you will need to do minimal impact exercises. After 6 /8 weeks depending on your healing and your muscle strength slow light cycling can be started.

Advise you to please start physiotherapy after cast removal. It will help good recovery
