Starting on cow's milk
My daughter is 11 months old. She will not take formula, and I am barely producing milk anymore. With just one month until her 1 year birthday, is it ok to start her on homogonized cow's milk?

Diluted toned milk or cow milk are fairly good to digest but never try buffalo milk Observe the baby and digestion Reduce the water gradually and by 3 months you may not have to put water to dilute Usr little sugar as it's not good for small babies
Next Steps
you can try tablet metoclopromide, sold as perinorm to increase your milk and keep trying to put baby to suckle when baby is hungry. suckling increases milk flow
Health Tips
perinorm half tablet twice daily till you're satisfied with the flow. average time is 10 days
