Stenosis in bladder.
Sir,my name is basudev kumar (Male28 yrs).my problem is " stenonsis in bladder neck"
I had taken medicine for 6 month ('uromax 4)
But there is no recovery then after done urodynamic test, doctor said that i need a surgery and i can not have any child after surgery.
My question is- is this mean that the seaman will not come out through my penis.? And will it effect my sex with my partner?
Kindly guide me about that for that i will be greatfull to you sir. Thank u!

There are chances of retrograde ejaculation after bladder neck incision.
Semen quantity may become less as it ejaculates but goes back to bladder.
Semen separation techniques from urine may help in such situation for artificial insemination.sexual potency usually is not affected
