Steroid use
I have been using Stanozolol tablets (max intake daily: 40mg) for a year now along with Andriol (2 capsules max daily). Also, Clenbuterol (120 mcg). The thing is, I was not aware of any of these and had started taking them as per suggestions from my personal trainer. After a year of using them, I started researching and found out about the effects of steroids and stuff. I have started to gradually go off them now and also changed my trainer. But I am worried whether this will have any long lasting effect on my health and if yes, how to overcome that? With these performance enhancing drugs, I have been able to workout for more than 4 hours a day. How to change my physical workout practices now that I am not on these drugs? Please advise as I am worried and scared now.

HELLO, TRAINER MUST BE TRY TO GO FOR SOME COMPETITION THAT'S WHY SUCH A HIGH DOSE OF STEROID HE ADVISED U. NOT AT ALL ADVISABLE. VERY WRONG. DIABITIES, OSTEOPOROSIS ARE TWO WELL-KNOWN DAMAGE. PLASE CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD/ GOOD TRAINER. SLOWLY DROP IT DOWN, NOT SUT SUDDENLY. ALL OTHER ASPECT CAN WELL DISCUSSED WITH GENERA PHYSICIAN MD. OK.
