Sticky eye and eye discharging

I have a baby with 2.5years old..From last two days he have more sticky eyes and eye discharge. Kindly give some suggestions and medicines to cure

Hello This could be due to counjunctivis Try A.use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloaxacin 6 times daily along with lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis. Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
