Stiffness after Carpal Tunnel
After my carpal tunnel surgery, my right hand was fine, but my left hand had a small bump underneath the wrist where the stitches were. There's stiffness in my left hand now. It's hard to bend it backwards, but it's not painful. This could be due to pulling the chair while sitting down, but can anybody tell me what the problem is and how to resolve

Carpal tunnel scars are painful and troublesome. These problems will persist for 3-4 months, and may resolve spontaneously after that . Apply Evion cream twice daily and mild massage can be done.
