I am facing a stiffness on the left side of my neck. I am unable to stretch my head towards the right side. There is no pain, but the feeling kind of moves around the same area. I have slight difficulty swallowing and regurgitate white phlegm often. I have some acidity issues and also was under medication for the same until a month ago. Is it something serious?
