Ive got a stinging pain in my left chest. I had a pneumothorax in the past and wanted to know if it could be that again

Not necessarily. But you have to go for physical examination to rule out also go for a chest X-ray . Tension pneumothorax , muscle strain , stress and costochondritis also can case these type of pain. Detail history of pneumothorax is important. Do you have any difficulty in breathing?
