Stinky smell in my throat

What is this stinky whole white that comes out from my throat? And when it can't come out, i can smell the stinky inside my throat. It only comes out sometimes

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. Technically it is known as keratosis pharyngeus. Usually not much of treatment is required unless there is underlying post nasal discharge, reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder
