My 3 year old daughter complains of stomach ache often, she has been getting rash when ever she pass urine. now she's having fever during night times

Get urine examination routine& microscopic along with culture & sensitivity.
And baseline Ultrasonography of abdomen is also required
Complete blood count will help in indicating allergy& infection
