  4. Stomach ache and motion. Is this normal?

Hello doctor, I had suffered from stomach pain and motion. It was paining post food. My cousin who did his MBBS suggested Ciplox Tz and Pan D for 5 days twice a day. This is fifth day and stomach ache is less but having pain only in morning and going for motion twice that too in morning. Now im sensing bitter (lemon seed taste, which i eat unknowingly while eating food) in upper side of my mouth since 2 days. Is this normal? Also, i faced same stomach upset in May 2018. Kindly advice.
