I had been feeling very tired from 1 week and my diet is very less than before I’m not able to eat properly and usually vomit after eating anything From last 24 hours my body pain is increasing and I’m sleeping a lot around 12 hours a day

You should get a Upper GI endoscopy to rule out any gastric or esoohageal causes
Get an Ultrasound Abdomen
Visit a gastroenterologist for medications
