Stomach ache during periods
I have severe stomach ache during periods. I had been to Dr and she told me that I have small uterus and also gave me some tablets to take for the whole month and I did it.. But now again I am having cramps during my periods. I get this pain during my first day of cycle.. Can anyone plz suggest some remedy

Pain on first day of periods is spasmodic dysmenorrhoea. To reduce the intensity of pain try taking atleast 10 glasses of water daily take very less salt in your diet. Increase the amount of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Natural food are the best remedy.

Can get one USG for the pelvis to rule out any pathology. Exclude vitamin D deficiency.
