What you are suffering is a form of gastroenteritis which usually is a result of intake of contaminated food or water, hence the importance of hand hygiene not only of the person consuming the food but most importantly the people preparing the food. If bloody stools continue you should visit your doctor. Till then lots of fluids is the recommendation.
