Stomach become heard
When I will travel for 30-40 km then my stomach become heard and fills with gas. I feel like going to washroom but won't get stool but only gas releases and lower part of stomach pains.
Same thing when I ride bike for 10km and walk for say 10-15min again my stomach become heard and feel to go for washroom.
Morning after waking up I will be having Acidity I won't feel like having food

U need to visit a physician , it could be due to gastritis .
