Stomach bloating/enlargement
In 4 days my stomach got very much enlarged as if 7_8 months baby it's paining n bit of constipation and not able to eat skin of stomach has become very tight n hard n even fever is there please help me out

It's bloating due to gas formation.
Plenty of water. At least 3-4 litre daily.Plenty of salads. Eat salad with every meals.
Avoid oily , fried food. Eat plenty of fruits especially Apple and Guava twice daily.
