Stomach bloting and burfing
After eating food stomach is bloated ,filling hard and burfing started,last three month i have faced this issue but no root cause identify ,doctor gives enzymes tablet which is not work on my problem,what is cause of this problem ? And what is good medicine to resolve this issue?

It can be Gastritis or it can be some intestinal cause.
