Stomach burning, gastric, thin stool.
I work in shifts(morning night).i had gastric problem after I started working in shifts.its been 2 years. Now I have little stomach pain, sometimes painful gasses and very thin stools. After googling I got afraid so I am consulting online immediately. Month back I had viral fever and did blood test. Sugar rbc count all fine. Recently I had diarrhea. One thing I had increased around 30kgs from past 3 years and did not had weight loss. I weight around 92kgs with 5.75 feet height.

Hi dear you definately need to get evaluated. This is very early age to start with these problem. You are probably suffering from stress induced gastritis. Take your meal timely, avoid tea coffee spicy food. You need done kind of acid suppressor to bring back you on track.
