Stomach Cancer
My grandfather is having cancer as per doctors. The cancer cells are at the lower end of stomach. As I am from non med background, I am unable to understand what cancer exactly is this and what stage he is in. I am attaching his reports. Please let me know details about this disease and whether he will be completely cured? Response to this is much appreciated. Thanks in advance

You've only sent the Endoscopy Report Madam.. We need the biopsy report and the CT scan or PET CT report to identify the type and stage of cancer... The cure rates will depend on the stage of the Cancer...
Next Steps
1.Whole Body FDG PET CT or CT Chest and Abdomen with contrast 2.Biopsy report Based on this he'll be likely planned for Surgery followed by Chemotherapy

Is your dad having any vomitings.. If yes he needs immediate hospitalisation Report says he has a growth in stomach..needs to do biopsy If the biopsy report confirms cancer ..need to do staging workup meaning CT scan chest and abdomen or PET CT scan whole body.. His blood report says low hemoglobin ..probably due to loss from growth needs iron supplementation or blood transfusion He also has elevated alakline phosphatase..needs to see for status of liver..with liver ultrasound
Next Steps
meet gastroenterologist or oncologist asap to treat for outlet obstruction which means food not going down to intestines
