I have 84 year old Uncle that has stage four (4) stomach cancer. He had stomach surgery to remove the cancer. The reason as to why he had the surgery was because of bleeding. He was losing atleast four (4) pints of blood. As soon as he had the surgery he was giving liquids. A day later as he was having liquids he went into cardiac arrest, after he was throwing up. As a result he's on life support. My question is did the doctor give my Uncle liquids too soon after stomach cancer surgery?
