Stomach cramps
I seem to be having strong reaction by eating raw onions.I had severe stomach pain followed by acidity and then loose stools and cramping in my stomach.This is the second time I had this and both the times I had raw onions.I never had this problem before..its happening only over a last 2 months..I love onions..Should I completetly avoid them..or is there a way out..please help...I am 30, female and a mother of 3 year old

Hi.... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function
