I would advise you to have ORS supplementation and increase your daily intake of water to 3.5 liters per day. Don't skip your meals and have a liquid diet containing of soups and juices and slowly increase the consistency of food based on how you can tolerate the food. Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried and junk food. It is likely that you have developed gastritis for which having antacids would be of help. If your problem persists or worsens. Visit the ER at the earliest.
