Stomach heaviness
I am having heaviness in my stomach since last 20 days. Once i started feeling this problem i consulted a doctor and was prescribed rantac early in morning and unienzymes in the night but when it was not effecting much i had ocid D and unienzymes. I am still taking unienzymes is the night. In between i was ok but since 2 to 3 days i am again feeling heaviness in stomach. Initially when problem started i thought may be because there is change in schedule of my lifestyle it has started.( I started working in office where i have shift from 06 am in morning till 2 pm ) Kindly help me to understand this problem as i feel hungry but when i eat something i feel heavy in upper stomach specially when i am sitting.

[ ] Hi, as per your history this looks like symptoms of Gastritis. follow some basic life style changes:Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Go to bed after minimum 1 hour after dinner. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 7 days.syrup Gaviscon 10 ml three Times a day after meal for 10 days. Report the progress.
