Stomach issues and now High Bp
In June 2017 I had breathing issues then high bp, high heartrate, all heart tests were done then Dr said it is due to anxiety and bp treatment started. Then I had skin issue of urticarial rashes after some time I had urnation related issues. In June 2018 I had loose motions and stomach infection three times in a month. Since then I had stomach issues. For sometime I became normal and even my Bp come to normal even Dr stopped BP medicines, urticaria medicine were also stopped. Since April 2019 I had cramp,frequent motions since April I am having frequently stomach infections, weight loss around 8 kg, Gastro saying it's IBS. Last month I had body shivering Dr said it's again infection and since last infection I am also having BP issue my Bp is coming high always 180/100, 160/100. I feel lazy, week,out of control, headqche, nausea. Sometime I feel like again I ll have infection, I will die etc. Again I am in trouble for sometime these issues were resolved. I am consulting many Dr.s

Hello... do not worry as it’s due to relapse you are having negative emotions or thoughts getting attached to urself. It is very normal but u need to understand and check your regular eating, sleeping habits that affects your system ..

Start exercising daily and eat healthy as a start and start listening to instrumental music when feel stressed
