Timely food and along with food hot water to drink
Timely sleep at night and early morning wakeup
According to body strength do work.
Don't
Frequent munching and frequent liquid or water drinking.
Day sleep and night wakings and late wake upping at morning after sunrise.
Over exertion or over excersise even though body is not coping to do.
Health Tips
Fill and apply to umbilicus
warm 1 tsp of castor oil daily before bed
Drink 50ml of jira boiled decoction (around 1/2tsp jira powder 75 ml water give a boil to 50ml reduction ) with 2 tsp of unsalted butter
just before food..2 times a day. while pain comes. and prior to pain
