My wife was in stmch prblm. We are not married still. She is my woodby. Soonly will marry. Bt she was affecting by stomach pain. I want to consult my wifes health.

I can understand your concern.
First of all, Happy diwali and happy new year to you both.
Get her checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
A physical examination will definitely give more clues as to what it is.
As of now, give her a tab. Rantac-D twice a day half an hour before food.
Tab. Zerodol-spas twice a day after food.
