Stomach pain, heartburn and gas trouble
I get occasional mild pain in the upper part of the stomach. The pain is continuous. Whenever I go for oil/masala-rich food, I suffer from gas trouble and heartburn. About once in a month, I get anal irritation, blood in stool and all symptoms associated with piles (like dripping blood). But, it becomes alright within 2-3 days without any medication.

Hi.... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.
