Hello Doctor,
I'm 28 years old. Since the last 2 years, I have experienced these episodes of extreme vomiting and stomach ache. This has happened 7-8 times in last 2 years. The only common thing in these episodes (3-4 episodes) is that my stomach was slightly empty i.e. I hadn't eaten for last 4-5 hours. The last episode happened yesterday .... I'm also taking antibiotics for my toothache. No matter what medicine I take to control vomiting....it don't work. Whatever I eat or drink ... everything comes out in form of vomiting. Vomiting continues with little breaks for 3-4 hrs. Yesterday, I also experienced low blood pressure ..and my body got cold. Sometimes my lips turns whitish, becomes dry. Is there any problem with my lever? What to do ?

vomitting again and again when you are empty stomach is caused by ulcer, gallstones or pancreatitis.
so for confirming diagnosis you have to get a sonography of abdomen done first for gallstones and pancreatitis.
if it is normal then get a upper g i endoscopy for peptic ulcer.
in liver problem there is usually yellowish urine , jaundice and bleeding in vomitting and motion
