Stomach pain
I have stomach pain for 4 days with loose motions about 6 times a day the motions are semisolid and irregular in colour . When i sleep i dont feel any pain but as i wake up it is paining so much please help what is happening to me.

Probably gastroenteritis. Need a course of antibiotic after confirmation of diagnosis.

have plenty of oral fluids with added sugar and salt. semisolid diet. coconut water.

stool examination may be done including routine microscopy ova cyst and occult blood.

You could be having colitis, amoebiasis, dysentry, inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel disorder.
Please do at least a stool examination, to rule out amoebiasis, worm or simple common tests first.
