  4. Stomach pain. I give her please help me!

Mt daughter is 2year and having pain type sumthing in her stomach from last 3 days and saying that potty is coming but she doesn't do potty what medicine can i give her PLEASE help me

Maybe she is getting constipated,give her semothicone drops 1 ml two times a day and ibugesic plus syrup 5ml for pain on demand.and Give her plenty of fluids..
