I have a stomach pain in right abdomen upper whenever i cough , one day i was siiting on the sofa suddenly there was a cramp in my stomach with lots of pain its been two days since

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Drotin twice a day after food for 2 days. Get your cough checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
