Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can give it 5ml twice a day after food. It could also be a acidity problem, you can add rantac syrup 5ml twice a day half an hour before food. If it still persists, consult a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management. Give him plenty of fluids and avoid foods that cause trouble. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
