Why am I having stomach pain during my 6Th week pregnancy? Both upper and lower abdomen . Please tell me

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Mild amount to stomach pain is common. However if its more you need to get an ultrasound pelvis done to see if all is well or not. Also a urine r/m and c/s examination is indicated too
