Stomach pain with fever
I am suffering from stomach pain from last two days( constipation). Fever coming and going with headache. I am not facing problem like diarrhoea and cold symptoms like running nose or any sore throat . What could be the reason for this problem? Thanks in advance

Have recorded your temperature,if yes and above 100.4then reason may be infection could be bacterial or viral.For stomach ach you can take syp Ulgel A 2tsf thrice in a day for fever take crocin 500 mg ,if fever persist for 2days,better to take online consultation and get proper evaluation.
