  4. Stomach pain with nausea. Required?

Stomach pain with nausea
Having stomach pain in upper abdomen since 2 days.. Having vommitting sensation most of the time... Had vomitted couple of times after food intake. This is followed by loose motion today and periods. Is this because of normal periods ? Or because of some stomach upset? If so, is any medication required? P.s no temperature raise is observed.

It is most likely food borne Infection.
