Stomach problem
I have sever gastric problem. Weekly 4-5 days stomach will be heavy. Because of gastric some times i get pain on right side of stomach and in the chest. some times blood comes with stool (once in a while). And if eat out side, very next day r same day i will get food infection.

You are suffering from Gastritis and gastrointestinal infection. You need to take antacids to control gastritis.
Next Steps
Since you have blood in stools get a colonoscopy done to rule out piles or colitis
