You can give a laxative Luke junior cipeg powder 1spoon mixed in 30-50 ml water once a day in the night for 7-10 days, Meanwhile restrict giving cows milk and continue breast feeds as it makes stools softer, encourage giving more green leafy veggies, fibrous vegetables and fruits and more solid diet throughout the day with more fluids.
Next Steps
If it persists for more than 10 days see your Pediatric specialist and a Pediatric Suergon to rule out surgical problems and hypothyroidism so you may have to do an thyroid profile work up for the child
Health Tips
Rectal bleeding is dangerous so the Suergon has to be opined
