Hi,
I develop whiteness on my tongue from the last 8-9 months.
Firstly I showed a doctor he told me that this is a fungal infection.I was under medication for 2 months but still there is whiteness and spots on tongue
Also on cheeks there is white small spots on both the side.

White spots on your tongue and oral cavity can be due to fungal infection or it can be a pre malignant Pathology
Next Steps
you should go to pathology .get examination like biopsy done.
