I can understand your concern.
If someone has worm infestation, the patient will not be having any symptoms or very vague symptoms like fever in the beginning. Once the worms start to proliferate in number, thats when a patient will have severe symptoms like stomach ache, weakness, always feeling sleepy, always hungry but still weak,
Person eats well but still weight would decrease.
Etc.
If there has already been complications the symptoms would be different.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
