Elevated Prolactin levels can suggest a thyroid disorder or more commonly can be caused by intake of certain drugs.
The elevation of prolactin in your case is very mild.
Next Steps
Thyroid profile tests
Ultrasound abdomen ( if any associated menstrual cycle irregularities are present)
MRI brain ( to rule out brain tumors) only in cases where there is gross elevation of prolactin ( very high levels) and vision disturbances
